U.S. FDA Qualified Facility Attestation
Very small businesses (“Qualified Facilities”) are eligible for exemption from certain FDA food safety requirements, such as the development of HARPC Food Safety Plans and Supply Chain Programs. To take advantage of these exemptions, facilities must submit a “Qualified Facility Attestation” to FDA.
