U.S. FDA Food Defense Plans
Under the Food Safety Modernization Act of 2011 (“FSMA”), certain food facilities registered with the U.S. FDA must write and implement Food Defense Plans. These Plans are designed to prevent an attacker from intentionally adulterating food meant for consumption in the United States.
Registrar Corp’s Food Safety Specialists are Qualified Individuals and can develop a new Food Defense Plan for your facility or review your current plan and documentation.
