California Safe Cosmetics Act Reporting
The California Safe Cosmetics Act of 2005 requires certain cosmetic companies who intend to sell in the state of California to report ingredients in their products that may cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm to the California Department of Public Health (CDPH).
As of June 2017, more than 900 ingredients require reporting. Registrar Corp can help determine which of your products’ ingredients are on California’s list and report them on your behalf.
