Registrar Corp, a leading provider of U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) compliance services, has announced its acquisition of Batavia Solutions Inc. (dba ‘Register-FDA’). Register-FDA has over 20 years of combined experience providing FDA compliance services, including registration and U.S. Agent services for food, medical device and drug establishments, as well as Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and labeling assistance.
This marks Registrar Corp’s third acquisition this year. Registrar Corp is once again bolstering its customer base to provide more companies with the most comprehensive FDA compliance service available. “It has been a busy year for us”, said David Lennarz, Registrar Corp’s President of Business Development and Operations. “Registrar Corp will remain committed to offering the best service on the market. Food safety is a very important issue in the United States, and we take pride in our part of that.” This news follows the expansion of Registrar Corp’s headquarters in Hampton, Virginia earlier this year.
Register-FDA has prided itself on their excellent service in FDA compliance needs for hundreds of global companies, receiving an A+ from the Better Business Bureau. “We feel becoming part of the Registrar Corp network is a great next step for us in giving people the best service possible”, says Kristine van der Hoeven, Batavia’s Vice President of Business Development. “With hundreds of highly qualified professionals and their international presence, we feel our clients are in great hands.”
Registrar Corp offers a vast range of services for companies in all FDA-regulated industries. “We aim to be a one-stop solution for complying with FDA regulations”, continues Lennarz. “We have helped thousands of companies all around the world since we began doing this back in 2003. We hope to help many more.”
