(a)(2))<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6240\u6709\u5728FDA\u6ce8\u518c\u7684\u98df\u54c1\u4f01\u4e1a\u90fd\u5fc5\u987b\u57282020\u5e7410\u67081\u65e5\u81f312\u670831\u65e5\u671f\u95f4\u66f4\u65b0\u5176FDA\u6ce8\u518c\u3002\u672a\u6309\u65f6\u5ef6\u7eed\u6ce8\u518c\u5c06\u5bfc\u81f4FDA\u6ce8\u518c\u88ab\u53d6\u6d88\uff0c\u800c\u5982\u679c\u6ca1\u6709UFI\uff0c\u4f01\u4e1a\u5c06\u65e0\u6cd5\u5ef6\u7eed\u6216\u66f4\u65b0\u5176FDA\u6ce8\u518c\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4f01\u4e1a\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u5c3d\u65e9\u7533\u8bf7UFIs\u624d\u662f\u660e\u667a\u4e4b\u4e3e\u7684\u3002\u968f\u77402020\u5e74\u66f4\u65b0\u5468\u671f\u7684\u4e34\u8fd1\uff0c\u5c06\u4f1a\u6709\u66f4\u591a\u4f01\u4e1a\u7533\u8bf7UFI\uff0c\u4ee5\u7b26\u5408\u8fd9\u9879\u65b0\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u4f01\u4e1a\u624e\u5806\u7533\u8bf7UFI\u7801\u5c06\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4\u7533\u8bf7\u5468\u671f\u4f1a\u66f4\u957f\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5982\u4f55\u83b7\u5f97<\/strong><strong>UFI\u7801?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u622a\u81f32020\u5e747\u670813\u65e5\uff0c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/media\/85043\/download\">\u672cFDA\u6307\u5357<\/a>\u7b2cF2.3\u8282\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u6570\u636e\u901a\u7528\u7f16\u53f7\u7cfb\u7edf(DUNS)\u53f7\u662f\u76ee\u524dFDA\u8ba4\u53ef\u7684\u552f\u4e00UFI\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Registrar Corp \u53ef\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u98df\u54c1\u4f01\u4e1a<a href=\"https:\/\/regstaging.wpengine.com\/duns\/\">\u7533\u8bf7DUNS\u53f7\u7801<\/a>\uff0c\u8fd9\u5c5e\u4e8e\u6211\u53f8\u7684<a
