Obtenga <a href=\"https:\/\/regstaging.wpengine.com\/fda-announces-enforcement-discretion-for-unique-facility-identifier-ufi-requirement-fda-registrations-still-must-be-renewed-by-december-31-2020\/\">m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n aqu\u00ed<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>La Administraci\u00f3n de Alimentos y Medicamentos de los Estados Unidos (FDA) ha indicado que se requerir\u00e1 que las instalaciones de alimenticias deben proporcionar un Identificador Unico de Instalaci\u00f3n (UFI) al registrarse o renovar su registro en la FDA a partir del 1 de Octubre de 2020 (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/cfr\/text\/21\/1.232\">21 CFR 1.232 (a) (2)<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>Se requiere que todas las instalaciones de alimentos registradas por la FDA renueven sus registros de la FDA entre el 1 de octubre y el 31 de diciembre de 2020. Si el registro no se renueva a tiempo, este ser\u00e1 cancelado por la FDA y es posible que la instalaci\u00f3n no pueda completar esta renovaci\u00f3n requerida sin informar el UFI.
