Esta regla final afecta a consumidores de productos antis\u00e9pticos de limpieza tanto para manos y cuerpo que contengan los ingredientes frecuentemente usados, triclos\u00e1n y triclocarb\u00e1n, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n otros 17 ingredientes activos (mire la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gpo.gov\/fdsys\/pkg\/FR-2016-09-06\/pdf\/2016-21337.pdf\">lista completa<\/a> de los ingredientes elegibles en 81 FR 61110). A partir del 6 de Septiembre de 2017, las compa\u00f1\u00edas que manufacturen y comercialicen los jabones Antibacteriales afectados, no pueden introducir o entregar legalmente sus productos a comercio interestatal a menos que se aprueben bajo una New Drug Application.<\/p>\n<p>FDA propuso esta regla por primera vez en 2013, despu\u00e9s de una investigaci\u00f3n sugiriendo que un uso prologando y exposici\u00f3n a ingredientes activos espec\u00edficos usados en jabones Antibacteriales, pudiera causar un riesgo a la salud de los consumidores. Ejemplos de estos riesgos a la salud incluyen efectos hormonales y resistencia bacteriana.
