Seit 2017 m\u00fcssen Arzneimittelhersteller, wenn keine \u00c4nderungen oder Aktualisierungen erforderlich sind, eine <a href=\"https:\/\/regstaging.wpengine.com\/fda-introduces-annual-certification-requirement-for-unchanged-drug-product-listings\/?lead_source=blog\">&#8220;blanket no change&#8221;-Zertifizierung f\u00fcr diese Auflistungen<\/a> einreichen. Wird ein Arzneimittelverzeichnis w\u00e4hrend des Verl\u00e4ngerungszeitraums nicht aktualisiert oder zertifiziert, kann dies dazu f\u00fchren, dass die FDA die Listung als veraltet oder unvollst\u00e4ndig ansieht, was zur Inaktivierung dieser Listung f\u00fchrt. Die FDA betrachtet die Arzneimittellistungen solange als inaktiv, bis entweder die Listungen aktualisiert wurden oder die Zertifizierung ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00df eingereicht wurde.<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus schreibt die FDA eine j\u00e4hrliche Erneuerung der Registrierung f\u00fcr Arzneimittelbetriebe zwischen dem 1. Wird eine Registrierungsfrist nicht eingehalten, kann dies dazu f\u00fchren, dass die FDA die Registrierung als abgelaufen ansieht und somit dem Betrieb die Vermarktung in den USA verhindert wird.
